Project Description: Custom PC Build
Scope of Work:
Custom PC Build:
Consultation and specification gathering (If required).
Parts and accessories procurement.
Assembly and testing of the Custom PC.
Installation of operating system and necessary drivers.
Basic software setup (if required).
Invoices:
Invoice 1: Charges for parts, accessories, and labor. (Must be paid before PC building begins)
Invoice 2: Charges for protection plans, setup costs, and any applicable shipping & handling charges.
Labor Costs:
Labor costs vary depending on the complexity of the build and the amount of work required.
Included Limited Warranty:
Each build comes with a limited warranty for all general questions. This warranty is valid until the 90th day after PC delivery.
Included in this warranty is the ability to contact ByteBusters Consulting, LLC. and get online support for general questions in regards to operation of the device or any accessories that were purchased by ByteBusters Consulting, LLC.
Not included in this warranty are the following:
Software operations
Physical damage
Issues regarding third-party accessories not purchased from ByteBusters Consulting, LLC.
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by electrical surges or power fluctuations
Problems resulting from improper installation or setup by the customer
Damage due to exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions
Data loss or recovery
Note that any unauthorized modifications of any accessory or the PC itself immediately voids this warranty.
Protection Plans (Optional):
1-Year Protection Plan: $60
2-Year Protection Plan: $120
3-Year Protection Plan: $180
Terms:
Protection plans must be purchased upon delivery of the PC.
Any unauthorized modifications done to the PC immediately voids your protection plan with no refund.
The protection plan is not transferable to another owner.
Protection Plan Claims: Any protection plan claim must be made within the coverage period, (e.g., a customer with a 1 year protection plan must notify ByteBusters Consulting, LLC. of any issues before the expiration date of their protection plan).
By purchasing a protection plan, the client agrees to all terms and conditions as listed in the Residential Service Contract (available upon request).
Coverage includes:
Upgrade costs, excluding purchase of new parts (e.g., adding more storage).
Maintenance for accidental issues or system failures.
Product hardware failure.
Accidental damage repair costs (excluding costs of new parts).
Coverage does not include:
Support for issues unrelated to device quality or performance.
Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors
Additional Terms and Conditions:
The client agrees to pay the full amount as listed on the provided invoices upon completion of the services.
Payment of 2nd invoice is due in full within 15 days upon delivery of the completed custom PC build.
By placing an online order for a CustomPC, the client agrees to all the terms, conditions, and guidelines listed above, entrusts ByteBusters Consulting, LLC. with the care and modification of their property, and that they are at least 18 years of age.
