Procedures:

After placing an order for a CustomPC, you will soon be contacted by ByteBusters via your preferred method of contact to verify your order and discuss any potential issues. Once you confirm everything, you will be sent your first invoice, which will be for the computer, accessories, and any charges for special instructions (if applicable). Once this is paid, ByteBusters will proceed with your build, and you will be contacted again once it is finished to set up shipping or an appointment for drop off.

For shipment:

You will be invoiced for shipment charges and the protection plan (if selected), and after payment is received it will be shipped to you.

For drop off:

We will drop off the PC and you will be invoiced for set up charges (if requested) and the protection plan (if selected).
