- Dial our hotline number as such: *67 (717) 220-3760 This will hide your caller ID and phone number.
- By default your call will be recorded and/or transcribed. You have the option to stop the recording/transcription of the call by simply informing the agent on the phone.
- An agent will attempt to collect your name, callback number, and email address, however you are NOT required to provide this information. You will be provided with a case number which you may use to continue your case at any time.
